Lovely, truly sacred air. So long as the state lasts. During the state of transcendence the mind or at least ones perceptions of the mind speed up, thoughts that were always in the background, flow like butterflies on a summer breeze,through the consciousness. There is a perception that reality, seems to stretch dizzyingly way way way beyond the physical limitations we have been used to. We feel with an absolute certainty, that all knowledge is available to us so long as we stay in the present state of mind. only so long as our relaxed concentration holds. what wondrous , sacred freedom we have. then suddenly, we hear a dog bark, or the phone goes or a car is heard and the moment we are aware of these we are instantly back in brain consciousness. the point I am making is this Most of the reality we take as real, is merely the fleeting ephemera of material existence. we are so completely immersed in this world of sense we seldom or never have acquaintance with our true nature. Only by extreme effort in getting past the hurdles in our mind, and attaining true meditation, do we thus, recognize what our nature actually is. but it is totally impossible to remain here in this wondrous state, whilst in the body. at least we are reminded of our true reality, and now all we have to do is wait until the day comes when death of the body frees the mind and after all the effort of meditation now it becomes a permanent reality for us. once our lessons here are done with. a few thoughts perhaps. if anyone has succeeded in deep meditation, and it is extremely hard to achieve this, one finds at some point, all the senses of the body, all emotional states, even the subtle ones are transcended or at least, such a perfect balance is reached, one is mentally walking on air. I started recording sessions with the dead through the process of electronic voice phenomena back in February 2008, and have countless recordings with the dead, and I am amazed they can see and hear everything we do.
